At a glance, the casual fan may expect a quick knock-out by the top overall seed against a team which barely made the playoffs in the difficult Western Conference. But that result is not necessarily a fait accompli. If you watched the match-up in July in San Antonio, won by the Stars on a last second shot, you might conclude that the Sacramento Monarchs have more than a chance of an upset.
